Gemspot Golf ® guarantees the craftsmanship, materials and authenticity of Gemspot® jewelled putters. Gemspot® jeweled putters, except for those custom ordered, may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the putter is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged gems and the finish of both the metal and gems are unscratched and unmarred and Gemspot Golf® has been contacted for a return authorization number.
Custom ordered putters with multi colored gems, one-of-a-kind, personalized engraving, or corporate logos are NOT returnable. Note that all handmade putters will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations and differences in gemstone colors and shape. Any scratched, altered, or used putters are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Due to fluctuations in the gemstone and silver market prices are subject to change. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Every effort is made to provide the most accurate pricing and product information. Gemspot® reserves the right to correct, refuse, or cancel any order based on current market costs. Notification will be sent within two business days to the email address listed on the order.

A putter cover is included to keep your putter clean and protected. Use of the putter cover will reduce scratches and keep your putter in optimal condition. Under no circumstance should you ever fling, lob, let fly, or heave your Gemspot® putter.
Keep your putter free of debris, moisture, extreme heat and chemical cleaning solutions. For proper maintenance, simply wipe off your putter with a clean, dry cloth after each round of golf.
Gemspot® Golf warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Gemspot® Golf reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty coverage for each claim. Gemspot® Golf’s one-year limited warranty includes replacement of loose or lost gems at no charge.This warranty does not include loss or theft of a putter,incidental or intentional damage such as scraping, breakage, or chipping, or intentional removal of gems, or gems that have been lost due to any circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.
